Where do I see my CASHTOKEN balance?
- You can redeem accumulated CASHTOKENs by dialling *6700#.
- To purchase airtime/data recharge, pay electricity bills, pay LCC bills, pay CableTV bills.
- You can also transfer accumulated CASHTOKENs to the bank and cash out the equivalent value.
Will subscribers lose their accumulated cash tokens when they change their tariff plans as part of the Glo process; the FAQ only addressed bank transfer, line inactive and when lines opt-out of the reward program?
The accumulated CASHTOKENs will not expire if the customer changes their tariff plans. However, the customer will not be able to access virtual wallet in case customer’s Glo line gets inactive/disconnected.
Are there any preferences for ported in/out numbers; when customers port-in from another network does anything change as regards their cash tokens accumulation?
The process of earning and redemption of CAHSTOKENs remains same for all Glo lines. It does not matter if it is a port-in number.
Will hybrid lines using pre over post benefit from the program since postpaid lines will not benefit?
No, these customers will be able to participate in GloRewards program.
Can all recharges done electronically benefit?
Yes, all recharge physical voucher or E-Top up will be considered for CASHTOKEN accumulation.
Will cumulative NGN 100 recharges be recognized to qualify for the cash token, for new customers, the minimum qualification is first to recharge NGN 200, if a customer recharges NGN 100 twice or more, can he/she qualify?
For new customers (less than 3 months) 1st CASHTOKEN will be credited in the first recharge of minimum N200, subsequent CASHTOKENs will be credited in cumulative recharge of N1000. Customer can achieve cumulative recharge of N1000 with N100 recharges.
Will high value recharging customers that recharge amounts like NGN 1000, NGN 2000… have multiple cash token benefits?
Yes, the customer will get multiple CASHTOKENs in case they recharge with higher denomination. For example, if the customer recharges with N5000, the customer will get 5 CASHTOKENs.
Can recharges done with special recharge strings like 4x(*323*pin#), 5x(*555*pin#) & 6x(*555*1*pin#) benefit; since they get multiples of what they recharge, will their cash token benefit value be determined by the value of recharge amount or the bonus given?
Yes, the customer will earn CASHTOKENs in case they recharge with 4X, 5X or 6X recharge string.
